Each person should judge his own actions and not compare himself with others. Then he can be proud for what he himself has done. Galatians 6:4

Thanks all for the great comment on my JUSTAFLIPFLOPMOM post... however.. I can NOT take credit for the talent of that sign... Ü Earlier today I skipped on over to Jaydee's blog and she had one posted.. I "oohhhed and awweed" over it.. and tried it really quickly while I was in the middle of cleaning my home and baking! If you want to give it a shot on your blog or even Myspace.. here is the link ...

Ok.. so.. I wasn't baking as much as I was "crafting" my food today.. We have two parties to hit tomorrow.. and of course.. I can't go empty handed... NEVER.. I tell you... So wanna see a couple things I made?????

Believe it or not.. some "boxed" products CAN be your friend... I didn't buy this actually.. a friend of mine did and said that she could never get it to work for her... hmmm If you're not a baker or a candy "stick" maker.. than I can see where the "candy" stage could fool someone... But have no fear.. I got it to work...

Here they are.. all gussied up and ready to hit the party.. I wrapped them in clear cellophane wrap and put the cutesty little bows on them.. oh yeah.. those "cheap" popsicle sticks the box comes with.. I tossed those and cut up some dowels to use in their place... Now.......... hopefully all those little darlings that sink their teeth into them.. won't realize that the candy stuck to the wax paper on the bottom.. LOL LOL....shhhhhhhh don't tell....

But.. to make up for the extra paper that might get stuck in the little darlings teeth... I made these cute little brownies... they are SPOOKTACULAR looking.... and SUPER DE DUPER EASY to make...

Honestly.. I am not big into ghosts.. witches.. bats.. the works when it comes to this time of year.. but I had to make something different and I saw these... I just used boxed brownie mix ( boy I'm sounding more and more like Sandra Lee here.... snicker snicker) along with white frosting.. you guessed in.. in a store bought tub... and "glued" the marshmallows ( YUP store bought Jet Puffs) to the top of the brownie.. and then melted the rest of the frosting to liquid consistency and poured it over each marshmallow... with the little tiny bit of reserved frosting I mixed up some black and piped the eyes and mouth on.. it seriously took no less than an hour to make these!! I hope the kids will forgive me and enjoy these.. after the paper incident with the candy apple!!!!

Hi I am a cartoonist and am creating a kids content website. I want you to check it out and see if you enjoy it. It is still in the early stages of construction, but I need some input. It is based on my daughter. Here it is, www.brendasfriends.com. I have a link to my blog there and too some coloring pages. I just added some halloween coloring pages and plan to add more. Please let me know what you think. I will be happy to add you to my blogroll if you will do the same. I hope we can be friends.
